As a fully licensed Assisted Living Facility, The Country House provides an extensive array of health care and personal care services for seniors. Our professional staff forms a partnership with each resident and the resident's physician and family members in order to provide exceptional care, monitor progress and meet doctor's orders. Our emphasis is always on independence to the maximum extent possible. We are committed to all aspects of our residents' health, and we pay close attention to each person's emotional and social well being along with his or her physical condition.

Health & Well Being Services available include:

• 24-hour in-house health services on premises
• Medication Management and monitoring vital signs
• Around-the-clock personal care, as needed (including bathing, dressing, medication management, getting to meals and activities, etc.)
• Dietary services
• Case Manager
• Transportation to Physicians
• Consultative and Rehab services (eg X-rays; lab work; therapies, including physical, occupational and speech)
